John Kennedy, the founder of HLBS, turned his lifelong passion for construction into a thriving business that redefines the standards of general construction. With a background in civil and structural engineering and years of hands-on industry experience, John launched the company with a vision to blend innovative design with sustainable building practices. Starting with a small team, he meticulously managed every project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. John’s leadership and commitment to excellence quickly established HLBS’s stellar reputation, leading to rapid growth and a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and public projects.

With over 15 years’ experience in the Insurance industry managing Supply Chains and Contractor Networks, Kirsty joined HLBS believing in our service offering having experienced it first hand as a client. Kirsty manages our relationships with the unique advantage of having her understanding of the issues often presented, ensuring clients receive nothing but collaborative working and 1st class service delivery from HLBS!
